Don Carlos started as a home-grown bakery and grew into Iligan's go-to for seafood boils — mixed crab, shrimp, mussels, and corn, tossed in garlic butter, salted egg, or Korean gochujang, and shared straight from the pan.
Upstairs and around the corner, our cafe pours Tultul-salt lattes and muscovado brews next to trays of donuts, milky rolls, and cassava cake — made fresh daily and famous around Iligan for graduation season and Sunday merienda alike.
